Have you ever felt stock while making a recipe because the one you found has all its measurements in grams instead of cups (or the other way around?) or maybe certain number of tablespoons would be much easier to measure by weight?
Worry not, I’m here for you. As a self-thought home baker I rely a lot on recipes I find online or in books, books made by bakers with very different backgrounds, so recipes are never standard and are all over the place.
