Hello Summer! well… almost… eventually… one day! But in the meantime, summer is a state of mind, so what about some tropical cocktail? Oh, you’re watching your calories and working on that beach body? Too bad, this is delicious. Haha, it’s okay, because if you’re gonna drink anyway, this might be one of the best options you have 🙂 And if you know what the “keto diet” is, you already know one of the few drinks “allowed” is the famous Skinny B*tch, so this delicious drink is a fruity keto cocktail, nothing but a re-vamped Skinny B*tch.
First things first, if you’re trying to lose weight you shouldn’t drink at all, alcohol adds tons of unnecessary calories and sugar to your diet, but if you’re somehow like me… I watch what I eat, workout 4 times a week, walk a lot and in the last months have been cutting processed food and ingredients I can’t even read, but every once in a while (like all the time) I treat myself and enjoy life pleasures (trying to keeping those pleasures within the “not so bad”), this recipe will make you happy. It’s supper easy and incredibly tasty.
A Skinny B*tch is Vodka, lime and soda, so let’s twist it a bit, shall we? This is what you need:
- 1 shot of vodka.
- 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries.
- The juice of one lime.
- Ice, enough to fill 1/2 to 3/4 of your glass.
- Bubbly water.
- Grapefruit, to garnish!
First, mix your lime juice, blueberries and vodka in the blender, then pour this juice into the glass with ice and fill with bubbly water, finally add some slices of grapefruit to garnish. That’s it, grab a straw and enjoy!
