We all need to eat healthy, but we also need to eat tasty. So today’s experiment went amazing, it was meant to be breakfast, my favorite meal. And who doesn’t love pancakes? It’s a win no matter what side you look at it from.
Breakfast means everything to me, I need fuel, I need food in the mornings prior to anything in order to act like a human being and process information like I have some common sense at all. And the weekend means I get extra time to experiment and make magic happen without any rush.

What you’ll need:

– 1 banana

– 1 egg

– 1 1/2 Tbs of oatmeal flour

– Splash of cashew milk (use any you prefer)

And then… the toppings: Here I’m using plain greek yogurt, frozen berries, unsweetened coconut, and a drizzle of pure maple syrup (this is the only sweetener so it’s 100% optional, but if you go for it, make sure is 100% pure)… oh and I almost forgot, there might or might not be crunchy natural peanut butter in between layers 😉
