Here are a few tips you might find useful:
– This cake pops will be a little heavier than usual and because of the irregular shape you will need to shake them more to remove all excess… Therefore is best to let them chill for 10min in the freezer before dipping (don’t freeze them for too long either otherwise they’ll expand after and crack the coating).
– Once dipped and in the foam is best to let them dry in the fridge.
