This year for easter, What about a speckled chocolate cake? Fudgy and delicious chocolate cake, filled with Coffee flavour Chocolate ganache and dulce de leche (or arequipe, how we call it in Colombia)… Coating is Swiss Meringue buttercream, and for the decorations I used more of the ganache from inside and tiny speckled chocolate eggs.
